Body being constellation
The body being is, as it were, the manager of your entire manifested existence on Earth, of all the aspects that together form you. It has a great responsibility and intelligence. It guides your system and ensures that you can function as well as possible with what is within you. It cannot perform miracles. It is always very helpful to you.
A constellation of someone's body being is easy to do if you have a group of three or more people. Then one of the three can have his or her body being constellated, the second person represents and the third person is the facilitator. The person whose body being is being constellated can of course also ask questions to his or her body being.
In order to make the most of this opportunity to represent someone's body being and ask questions, it is very useful to submit questions to the body being in advance. The answers that arise from someone's own system to these questions form the basis for the conversation with the body being when it is constellated.
The questions that can be asked to the body being before a constellation concern burdens that the body being experiences in several areas. In the questions, the body being is questioned about burdens it experiences from nutrition, work-rest balance, the physical body, the etheric body, the emotional body, the mental body, the spiritual body, from ancestors, genetically and karmically. For each area, the first question asked is whether the body being experiences stress in this area, to which the answer can be yes or no. The body being often immediately indicates whether the stress is minor or major, whether it concerns a few issues or many. Shortly after this question, the following question is asked: “If the answer is affirmative, what exactly does the body being experience as stress from that area?” Of course, there may be several answers to this question. That is why this question is given more attention.
Suppose you have a group of three people, and all three want to have their body beings constellated, then you can use the following format:
1. Choose who will read the questions aloud.
2. Find peace and balance within yourself.
3. The questioner waits until everyone is ready to accept and write down the answers that arise from everyone's body being within them.
4. The first question is read aloud.
5. After each question, there is a pause so that everyone can write down their answer. The pause is shorter for yes-no questions.
6. The person who reads the questions aloud also participates and writes down his or her own answers.
7. When someone has finished writing down his or her answer, he or she looks back at the group so that it is clear when everyone has finished writing.
8. Then the next question can be read aloud.
9. No conversation takes place while the questions are being asked.
The questions are:
1a. Physical being, do you experience strain from your diet? (Short pause.)
1b. If so, can you indicate exactly which foods are involved? (Wait until everyone has finished writing.)
2a. Body being, do you experience strain from the work-rest balance?
2b. If so, can you indicate what exactly the strain from the work-rest balance entails?
3a. Body being, do you experience strain from the physical body?
3b. If so, can you indicate what exactly the strain from the physical body entails?
4a. Body being, do you experience strain from the etheric body?
4b. If so, can you indicate what exactly the strain from the etheric body entails?
5a. Body being, do you experience strain from the emotional body?
5b. If so, can you describe exactly what the strain from the emotional body entails?
6a. Body being, do you experience strain from the mental body?
6b. If so, can you describe exactly what the strain from the mental body entails?
7a. Body being, do you experience strain from the spiritual body?
7b. If so, can you describe exactly what the strain from the spiritual body entails?
8a. Body being, do you experience strain from your ancestors?
8b. If so, can you describe exactly what the strain from your ancestors entails?
9a. Body being, do you experience genetic strain?
9b. If so, can you indicate what the genetic strain exactly entails?
10a. Body being, do you experience karmic strain?
10b. If so, can you indicate what the karmic strain exactly entails?
Once everyone has answered these questions for themselves, it is decided whose body being will be represented first, who will be the facilitator and who will be the representative. The representative now leaves, or at least ensures that he or she cannot hear the following conversation between the person whose body being is being constellated and the person guiding the process. The person whose body being is being constellated then passes on all the information that has been expressed by the body being about the strains. The aspects on which the body being has experienced strains are explored in more detail in the constellation. For example, if someone has experienced stress in seven areas, questions will be asked about these seven aspects in the constellation. In this way, the body being being constellated can be questioned in a focused manner and a lot of important information can come to light in a short period of time and perhaps even be healed.
The representative returns when the facilitator and the person whose body being is being constellated are ready, and then the constellation begins. The representative takes a piece of paper with the words: 'body being of... (name)' written on it, places a stone on it, and a moment later stands on the paper and picks up the stone. This is not an tuning in constellation but a representing constellation.
It is good for the facilitator to know that the representative is directly the body being. Nature beings, such as the body being, are not long-winded and appreciate it when you, as the questioner, are also brief and clear. When people are constellated, they may appreciate it if you pause for a moment to reflect on them, so that they can feel a good connection with the facilitator. A nature being is a being with a task and is task-oriented. You can calmly say, “Thank you for being here.” But don't linger on such comments. You start by asking: “Body being of . . . (name), are we in contact?” If the body being confirms this, you can move on to your questions. This may feel a bit businesslike to us, but that's how nature beings are. They are task-oriented and like to do what they are here for. Body beings want to come and express themselves. They usually do not have a need for contact, unlike a human being who is represented, for example. Moreover, because of the questions asked of the body being beforehand, the body being is quite quickly and strongly present in the representative. So there is not only a difference between an tuning in constellation and a representing constellation. That is described above under general information. There is also a clear difference between representing a human being and a nature being. You learn this by doing it more often. It is always a good idea not to jump straight in, but to give the body being or something or someone else that is being represented the opportunity to focus on the subject of the question.
I realise that what I am writing may sound contradictory: on the one hand, don't get straight to the point, and on the other hand, you can be specific in your questions right away. To make what I mean clearer for you:
You can start with the question: "Body being, are we in contact? ‘ After an affirmative response: ’Is it okay if I ask you something?‘ After another affirmative response: ’You have indicated that you experience strain around... Can you say something about that?" Give the body being time to respond. Then ask your questions about the specific strains and make sure you get a good picture of the situation.
After the constellation, you can ask the representative how the questions came across to the body being. Were you clear enough in your questions? Did you give enough space? Did you hear when the body being said it was working on something? Then the intention is to be quiet. You can also explicitly mention such a situation: "Then I will give you time to work on that now, let me know when you want to continue." Getting space for something during the conversation can be important for a body being. A body being can work on an aspect here and now, or seek contact with a body part that needs some time to come into being. So pay close attention to what the body being indicates in this regard.
