Meditation instruction

A Ticket to Eternity 😉

Did you know that you can meditate successfully without raising your vibration—as Christina von Dreien so beautifully puts it—or even getting a single step closer to the reality of your soul? That is precisely the aim of the meditation instruction you will find on this website. The focus here is on inner perception. I learnt that from Seth, the entity who spoke through the deep trance medium Jane Roberts. “Lie down and observe what you feel,” was his advice. That is the most important meditation instruction I have ever received.

Of course, the usual meditation instructions are extremely valuable. Clarity of mind, being able to let go more easily of oppressive emotions, clearing your consciousness – all wonderful effects. But opening your heart to a greater love and a greater reality may well prove to be a different matter altogether, although some will experience this naturally. So this is not to say that it does not happen through traditional meditation instructions, but it does not always happen automatically. That is why the meditation instruction on this website is for you if this is precisely what you are seeking: to open your heart to a greater love and a greater reality. Hence, you will find quite a few texts that deal with the way we experience things based on our beliefs or view of reality and life.

At the back are texts from trance experiences. Sometimes these speak for themselves; at other times, I provide a brief introduction. Such a trance experience is highly personal in nature. On the other hand, it can also give the reader a glimpse into the system of realities behind the realities we know. To distinguish these personal texts, the title begins with a T. I have highlighted one trance experience, which is below: ‘Bird of my soul'.

Enjoy reading.

T Bird of my soul

The bird is searching with its beak. There’s all sorts of things on the ground, as it were, and it’s searching amongst them with its beak. Then it looks at me and says: That’s pointless. And that’s what you are doing. Í am not searching for all sorts of things. Yóú are the one searching for all sorts of things. How could the bird ever take flight if it kept searching for all sorts of things on the ground, kept expecting all sorts of things, kept hoping for all sorts of things?

I can see the bird eating something now. The bird says: Everything I eat disappears into my system and I process it. He says: And that doesn’t make me heavier, but lighter. Everything you eat should make you lighter, not heavier. You have to digest and process everything.

Now the bird is walking. It can fly too. But, it says, I don’t always have to fly. I can just walk, because I’m in no hurry and I’m not waiting for anything. And you must learn to imitate me in that too: staying on the ground without looking for anything there. You don’t always have to take flight.

He says: I don’t need to prove to myself that I am a bird. I know I am a bird because I feel so light inside. No, he says, I am not a new bird. I am an old bird. He says: old birds don’t fly so much anymore.

He says: learn from me what peace is. (Singing:) Learn from me what peace is. Just as nothing can touch me anymore, so nothing can touch you. And the state in which I find myself, you are in that too. He says: I fly through your space because I am the bird of your soul. I am the bird of your soul.
