Being together and living in 3D

Interview with Olly, 8 May 2026

Introduction

In this second conversation with the consciousness known as Olly – which transcends the physical cat Olly and is centuries old – we ask further questions about contact and what it entails. The feeling of simply being together, without having to do anything for a moment, is the first form of contact we should focus on, Olly explains. Olly is also asked why we should do that. Only then can a new form of existence open up – a form of existence that was present a very long time ago, but which people can no longer remember. A form of existence in which there is always togetherness and growth takes place. We are not there yet. Once again, we ask about the connection between the consciousness with which we are speaking and the physical cat Olly. The cat Olly has the task of establishing the connection between this consciousness and humanity.

The consciousness known as Olly discusses the learning process on Earth in 3D (the third dimension), in which we primarily experience difference and distinction through our physical forms. In 3D, we also think we can hold on to things, that this offers security, whilst in fact it is dangerous, Olly explains.

Following a longer holiday period for Gemma, we also touch on the pleasure Olly derives from interacting with people.

Interview

Question: Olly, we will hear you when you’re here. We’ll wait a moment.

Hello.

Question: Welcome. How did you find the last conversation?

Oh, it was lovely. That was fantastic. I’m still absolutely delighted about it. I was allowed to be part of it. That was so lovely, and you were all listening.

Question: Yes, because you said last time that you’d been working on that for ages – working so hard to get people to listen.

Oh, for so long. And this is lovely. It feels good like this.

Question: Do you have a specific topic in mind for this time?

No, there’s no need. You can ask whatever you like.

Question: I’ve got a very practical question, Olly. Imagine I’m a reader and I’m reading your story, and you convey that passion: ‘we need to connect more’ and ‘we’re here for the connection.’ When I read that as a reader and think, ‘oh yes, I’d like that too,’ do you have any advice on how I can develop that, how I can get started?

Don’t overthink it. It’s easy. Sometimes it’s simply enough to sit quietly and listen for a moment, whether it’s with an animal, nature or one another. You don’t have to do anything. You’re just allowed to be. You don’t have to do anything. It’s simply being together in silence. That’s a very strong connection. That’s enough. That’s enough for now. You can build on that. It’s about simply being, being together for a moment. For you, that’s physical. For us, it’s often mental or telepathic, but for you right now, it’s physical. That’s the start, and then you can build on it.

Question: Yes, what you’re saying is very clear. So when you’re sitting quietly on the sofa and just taking a moment to perhaps give a gentle stroke or look at a flower, and really taking that in. Just being there, enjoying that moment.

Yes, and no ‘later’, no TV, no phone, no book. Just be for a moment. It’s very simple.

Question: Yes, it sounds very simple.

Yes, it is. You lot make it far too complicated.

Question: Olly, if I, as a reader, do that – sit down to do it and just take a moment, as you say, completely relaxed, just being in the moment – what does that give me?

Oh, you’ll grow a lot from that. It’s so important as a human being. Then you can move on. Learning to be still with one another – that’s what you’ll grow from. It helps you become more yourself. Then you find your true self. Then you’re not so focused on the outside world; you come completely inwards, into yourself, and then together with another person. And being at one together. Everything is allowed together, but nothing else is required. Don’t overthink it. Just be together. There’s no need for any grand picture. You don’t have to do anything; you don’t have to achieve anything with it. Just be.

Question: Yes, you’re describing a level of existence that we’ve almost forgotten as human beings, one that we’ve almost lost track of.

Yes, that was so long ago. Nobody on Earth remembers that anymore. It was far too long ago. But it is important. That is the very beginning of existence. And only in this way can we move forward, because if we forget that together, we won’t be able to go any further. We must move forward together, so we must first return to being together. And then we can move forward. But ‘moving forward’ only comes when we are together. So that ‘moving forward’ isn’t important right now. We must first come together.

Question: You say: so we’re actually going back to a way of life that we lost a very long time ago.

Yes, we’ve forgotten that. We’ve forgotten that it was ever like that. We don’t remember that anymore. But we do; you don’t. We still do remember because we, the cats in the animal world, do just that. We’re simply together because our existence is simpler. We haven’t made it all that complicated. You have, though, so you’ve forgotten what it’s like to be together. That’s been lost. It can come back now. It must come back now.

Question: You know, as humans, we also like to use words for things. What I mean is: for us, the word ‘soul’ matters. Would you say, “No, never mind,” or would you say, “Yes, that’s actually a lovely way to describe what I mean”?

Yes, the soul is important. That’s what it’s all about. Many people don’t realise that. They think it’s far away, but it isn’t. Yet that’s what people tend to think: “The soul is far away; it’s separate from me.” But we forget that we are that. It’s all one and the same. So that’s where it starts, and then it comes down to the soul. But starting from there is difficult for many people. They don’t understand it. So we have to start simply, very easily.

Question: I see what you mean. The word soul immediately creates a sense of distance for people, even though there is no distance. And that’s why it’s best to leave it for now.

Yes, exactly, that will come in time; we’re getting there. We’ll grow into that.

Question: Olly, in the state of consciousness you’re in right now, I’d like to get a bit more of a picture of that. Are you connected to the cat Olly in a special way, in a way that you’re not connected to other cats, or would you say: it’s all one? That it’s not more with one cat or more with another?

All one; we are all one. One is not more important than another. We are all the same. Olly is simply here. He is here now and he has a very important task here as a physical cat. Other cats have that too, but on a different level. It’s different, but we’re all the same. We all have the same tasks. We are all one. We are all cats. One cat world, and that is us.

Question: In the animal world, that unity is very strong.

Oh yes, very strong.

Question: But you do say: the physical cat Olly also has a specific task. Can you tell us a bit about that?

He has a role with you all. He has to get the message across. There are other cats working on this, but he’s in a very good position. He’s with you, so he can tell you. He’s a physical body. Through him, we can come to you. That’s very important to him. He’s very happy about that. It’s a great honour that he’s allowed to do that. That’s why he came here. The physical Olly is the connection to the physical you all. Spiritually, it’s all interconnected. But physically, on Earth, it’s separate. There’s the physical Olly and the physical you all. But spiritually, all cats and all people are one. There’s no difference between them.

Question: Does Olly know that his webpage[1] is already live?

Yes, he’s seen it; he really likes it. He’s so happy. He’s managed it. The word is getting out; he’s doing this. This is very important to him.

Question: Am I right in understanding that you’re talking about the cat world, which we’re now linking to the animal world – it’s all one? How far does that extend to nature, water, air? Is everything included in that? How does that relate?

Everything is one. Everything is one. There’s no difference between them. Everything is the same. People, animals, plants, everything – the universe – is all one. There’s no distinction between them. It’s all the same energy. It goes together, intertwined. On a physical level, we don’t understand it. What exists in 3D can’t grasp that it’s all one. [2] But that is indeed the case. Ultimately: it’s all one; it’s all part of one. They aren’t separate parts as you imagine them to be. It’s all one together, the same part of the same whole. That’s difficult to describe. You don’t understand that. Nor do you need to. Just know this: it’s all together. There’s no difference between them, no distinction.

Question: You are conscious at that level.

Oh yes.

Question: Doesn’t that also mean that everything is conscious?

Yes, in a way, but not in the physical body. You are here on Earth in physical form. That part isn’t aware of it. It’s too small. So your spirit, your soul, does know that. Of course it does. That’s one; it’s part of it. But physically on Earth: that’s forgotten; it doesn’t come through. It isn’t filtered through because then Earth wouldn’t be able to function. Earth doesn’t work if you see this and if you understand this. Earth was created in 3D and that will continue. But not to the extent of ‘everything is one’, because then there would be nothing. Then there would be nothing to learn on Earth. Then nothing would be necessary. Then you wouldn’t need to learn to work together because it would already be there. So on Earth it’s separate. There’s an illusion of ‘in-between’: you and me. But that doesn’t have to be the case; it isn’t.

Question: And in that process of becoming aware of connection – I’m interested in a bit of a time story or timeline, if that makes any sense at all. Are we now at the beginning of that change? How do you see it?

We’re right in the middle of it, but time isn’t important. You don’t need to worry about that anymore. This is simply now. If you start seeing time, then there’s a distinction again. Then it’s ‘now’ and ‘then’. But that’s not the case. So that ‘past’ and ‘future’ – there’s no need for that. It’s now. That’s all that matters. Because time doesn’t exist for us. Time is nothing. You’ve got that. So if you cling to that, you don’t understand it. So there’s no need for it. You can let it go.

Question: Do you have any idea, given that this 3D world is so fragmented and separate from that oneness of consciousness, why it exists at all?

It’s such a tiny particle, such a small part of the whole. But it’s important because it’s part of it. It’s part of everything.

For a long time it was completely separate, because it didn’t want to be; it was holding on. But it’s allowed to be part of it now because it’s all one. It doesn’t need to be separate any more.

Question: Can you say anything about that process of holding on?

You think you know what you know; you’ve got your routines; you’re settled into your life; you get on with all sorts of things. And that’s your life, and people cling to it because that’s what they know. People don’t want anything new, but we do need something new. Life is new. Life is always changing. But we like to cling to what we know because we think that’s safe. But it isn’t. It’s actually very dangerous. Because then you won’t move forward, and you have to move forward. You have to move forward spiritually, and you can’t do that if you hold on. So you have to let go of a great deal of your life and move on – and don’t feel sad, because it’s okay. It’s okay that things are different, that they’re different from what you think. That’s okay because you’re allowed to move on. This is important because letting go is very important. That’s difficult for you.

Question: Is more possible at this moment in this process than, say, 500 or 1,000 years ago?

A great deal of help is being given on Earth – a great deal of help, in all sorts of ways: physically, spiritually; help is being given everywhere. So now, yes, a great deal is possible. You can’t do this alone. Nor do you have to. It has to be done together. It has to be with Earth and with us; it has to be all of us together.

Question: Olly, I find this a very interesting topic. But I’d actually like to touch on another little topic in between and see if you’d like to say anything about it: Gemma has planned a trip to Laos, Cambodia and Indonesia.

Yes, that’s lovely for her, so good. That’s the connection; that’s what she’s going to do. She’s going to forge connections with people. That’s very important. She needs to do that. I’ve made sure of that. That’s part of our task. The connection with me is important, but so is the connection with people. And that’s what she’s going to do there.

Question: You know, at the moment it’s not possible for animals to travel by plane on Earth, but would you have wanted to go along otherwise?

Oh, it’s so lovely – I’m at work right now too, it’s such fun. I see loads of people, and they’re all saying hello. I’m making so many connections here. Travelling’s the same – you see so many different people there. That would be brilliant. Just sitting in an airport, meeting hundreds of people. Just sitting there – you don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to travel. But the people – brilliant.

Question: So you’d be happy to be taken to a really big city every now and then, just to be amongst the people for a bit?

Not too often, but yes, just for a bit. And then it would be a lot, because I need my rest too. I am a cat, after all. I do need my rest. But just for a bit, yes, brilliant.

Question: I’ve got another very human question: what’s it like walking Olly the cat on a lead?

I like that. Then I can come along. Then I’ll be there too. Then Gemma won’t be going off on her own anymore, but I’ll be able to go with her. That’s what it’s all about. It’s about being together. It doesn’t matter how. But walking together like that, then we’re together. Then we’ve got more time together. We could sit down too; it doesn’t matter what we do.

Question: OK. I’ve got one more little question. What you were just talking about – you said: “It’s our job”. So you’re saying: it’s my job to make a connection, but it’s also ‘ours’? So Gemma’s there to make that connection too?

She needs to learn that. It’s not her job; she needs to learn it. Connecting with me is her job, but she needs to learn how to connect with people. That’s what I’m here for – to help her learn that. That’s important too.

Question: Because you animals have maintained such a pure connection with one another, you can teach us humans this.

Yes, that’s what we’re here for. That’s our job.

Question: Is there anything else, in light of what we’re discussing now, that stands out and is important for you to express, to say?

No, it’s a lot for you. There are a lot of heavy topics today. A lot of heavy topics – not much light or ease. There’s a lot that’s heavy.

Question: Another thing that comes to mind is the word peace. So when we enter into that connection, for us that also means coming into a state of complete peace.

Yes, that’s important. Peace and connection go hand in hand. You can’t connect when you’re busy. You need peace for the connection.

Question: That’s lovely. Thank you.

Thank you very much. Goodbye.

[1] This refers to the web page ‘Who is Olly?’.

[2] Here, Olly means: if someone has a physical body, they no longer see the unity of everything because then a distinction is experienced: ‘I am not you and you are not me’. That is 3D reality.
